Kinetic Clock Ring with Garnet

This ring was made from a part of a carriage clock mechanism which is dismantled. I found the part fits a size O finger perfectly, so I fabricated the back of the shank from brass and set a small garnet in the tube at the top.
The overall effect is unusual but striking. The setting and small sparr coming out from the setting turn back and forth independant to the rest of the ring, and the unconventional squareness of the shank is surprisingly comfortable to wear.
Unfortunately, due to the nature of this ring it is not able to be resized. Please be aware that the ring is made from base metal materials and not precious metal.
